- CambodhiSilks began in 2005 with a lifelong passion to help and empower women paired with a love of colour and textiles. CambodhiSilks imports fairly traded silk purses, scarves, wallets and accessories as well as recycled rice bag wallets and recycled paper products. All items are handmade by artisans who are poor or landmine survivors in Cambodia. The quality of workmanship is unrivalled! The beauty of the colours of silk is impressive! Please take a look at my website to view the products.
- Kong is a landmine survivor and the designer of all the silk purses, wallets and evening bags. She trains other poor and disabled women to sew her creations and gives back to her community by paying them a fair wage.
