Our classes prepare expectant parents for late pregnancy, labour, childbirth, and the postpartum period. We have practical classes that include discussions, hands-on practice, and discussions.
We offer prenatal, newborn care, and breastfeeding classes. Private class options are also available - done in the comfort of your own home!
We are also happy to offer doula services to help support your more fully throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, as well as at home with your newborn.
