Randolph Dial, 1944-2007, was an accomplished artist and also a convicted murderer. He escaped from prison in 1994 with Bobbi Parker, the deputy wardens wife. The two remained at large until April of 2005 when they were discovered living on a chicken farm in Center, Texas
