We are based out of Kamloops and 100 Mile House, and we will travel anywhere around these regions to set up your equipment. Our travel rates are fair, and we always have our equipment set up for you exactly how you want it.
Our tents are massive and can cover any sized events. All tents will be assembled and taken down by Arcada, and this includes all the gutters, walls and lighting. For tables, chairs and tablecloths, we deliver to the venue and at that point, we leave the arrangements up to you.
