All orders are typically produced same day (or night) and are shipped either

What if I choose the wrong size?
Errors do occur every
now and then - if it is our error we reship immediately free of charge. If you
make the error we will be happy to redo the order to your revisions, and we
offer a 50% discount on the replacement order to help minimize the cost of
fixing the mistake.
What is your recycled content?
Our board typically averages 95% post-consumer recycled corrugated
linerboard.
We use two grades, a single wall and double wall. The single wall is 200
C-flute, a strong grade offering medium protection yet which allows maximum
shipping density to you. The doublewall (200 BC) offers maximum crush/product
protection.
