I offer a CAD drafting service which specializes in the design of custom home plans (as well as cottage plans, garage plans & additions) and I can create a complete set of construction drawings for you to obtain a building permit and to build your dream home.

I have over 30 years experience in the custom design & sale of Roof Trusses, Engineered Floor Systems & Engineered Beams, which means I have the knowledge to help you save money with the most efficient structural design while still paying attention to aesthetics and traffic flow patterns.

One advantage to getting custom house plans is that they will be drawn to meet the requirements of the National Building Code of Canada & local Nova Scotia Codes, so you won't have a problem obtaining a Building Permit in HRM (Halifax, Dartmouth) or anywhere in NS. "Off the Shelf" internet plans may not reflect our building codes.
