Park & Cabins . Acacia Grove is classed as high desert, temp can hit as high as 40c plus , river 3mins walk to fish and catch Salmon etc . World famous Steelhead fishing on the mighty Thompson River ( Oct - Dec ) yes we are renown for our hospitality to the worlds anglers to catch this mighty fish ! . We at Acacia Grove cater to fishermen from around the world . Hiking and white water ralfting in area , biking in the mountains , many different species of birds that are on site and uncommon in B.C. also Mountain Sheep that visit the Park ! . 34 R.V. sites with full service or power / water , 15 -30 -amps , have had groups of 200 on site . Try floating down the river fishing or ? ; sit back and relax read a book , just do your thing . Laundromat on site + showers and toilets .
