Mr. MacKenzie is a former physiotherapist who decided to change careers and start his own pedorthic practice.  More recently, he developed his own line of over-the-counter orthotics and moved most of his practice online.  These products bridge a gap between cheap ineffective off-the-shelf orthotics and more expensive custom devices.
